Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for MODOM Grooming
Welcome to MODOM Grooming. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern all orders placed through our online shop. By accessing or placing an order with MODOM Grooming, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope and Provider
These T&Cs apply to all orders placed via the website of MODOM Grooming, based at Schifflaende 24, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. We currently offer deliveries exclusively within Switzerland. All contracts and orders are subject to Swiss law.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but serves as an invitation to the customer to place an order. A purchase contract is concluded once MODOM Grooming accepts the customer’s order by sending a confirmation email.
3. Prices, VAT, and Shipping Costs
- Private Customers (B2C): All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) of 8.1%.
- Business Customers (B2B): Prices are listed excluding VAT. The applicable VAT will be added during checkout and reflected on the invoice.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping may be available for orders that exceed a certain value, as specified during checkout.
4. Delivery
MODOM Grooming delivers exclusively within Switzerland to the address provided by the customer. Standard delivery times are between 5 and 10 working days. If a delay occurs or delivery is not possible, the customer will be notified promptly.
5. Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is due immediately upon the conclusion of the order.
6. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of MODOM Grooming until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal

Private Customers (B2C): You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 3 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing via email at info@modomgrooming.com.

The goods must be returned within 3 days after withdrawal notification, in their original, unused condition. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process a refund.

Business Customers (B2B): The right of withdrawal is generally excluded for business customers unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply. MODOM Grooming is only liable for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and covers only foreseeable damages.
9. Data Protection
MODOM Grooming processes personal customer data in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary for completing the order (e.g., delivery services).
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising in connection with orders placed through the MODOM Grooming website are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
11. Amendments to the T&Cs
MODOM Grooming reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels. Orders placed before amendments will be governed by the T&Cs in effect at the time of purchase.
12. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these T&Cs be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that best reflects the original intention.
