At MODOM Grooming, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please ensure that the original receipt or proof of purchase is included with the return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@modomgrooming.com.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Final sale or discounted items

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
