1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Switzerland. We are constantly working to expand our shipping zones and may offer international shipping in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (if applicable)

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or postal delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of CHF 9.50 will be applied to all orders under CHF 120.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over CHF 120.00.
  • Express Shipping: Additional fees apply and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s progress using the provided link.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at info@modomgrooming.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. MODOM Grooming is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If your package is lost in transit, please notify us so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
